Vaibhavi Joshi

Vaibhavi is a Computer Engineer by education with a demonstrated history of working in Media and IT industry. During her time as a student at MICA she picked up Design Thinking as a course and has applied the principles of immersive user research and behaviour science in all her projects since then. She brings to the table her analogous perspective and skills in design thinking, semiotics, decoding culture & consumer and a designer’s approach to problem-solving.

Before her role at TinkerLabs, she worked with HT Media Ltd. As part of the Marketing Solutions team there, she has closely worked with various brands in the FMCG, IT, BFSI and E-commerce sectors in designing communications on print and digital platforms. With over 5 years of experience with TinkerLabs, she has led behavioural research, analysis & strategy on a diverse set of consulting & training projects.

• Enabling the agents at Point of Sales to provide a delightful customer experience (HP, Global Team)

• Designed a platform for seamless knowledge transfer within teams (HP, Global Team)

• Designing interventions to encourage Indian customers to DIY paint their houses (Adhesive & Acrylic Emulsion Manufacturer)

• Designing insurance products and sales delivery systems that cater to the needs of financially insecure Indian mass

• Redesigning the experience of the internal stakeholders interacting with the Procurement Team (Flipkart)

• Improving the customer journey of availing gold loans thereby strengthening its gold loan proposition amongst the low and mid-income groups across India (Kotak Bank)

• Improving the employee referral programme experience (A global consulting firm)
