Mandeep Toor

Mandeep holds a degree in MBA Finance from Army Institute of Management Kolkata and a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. He has over a decade of work experience in innovation & entrepreneurship. He was an entrepreneur himself and has experienced entrepreneurship closely.

His core expertise lies in innovation capability development of an organisation through design thinking and behaviour science, improving the usage of behaviour science in an organisation, create experiments to test new ideas for change and growth. He has worked on numerous consulting projects in diverse domains such as:

• Understanding the enablers and barriers of nano-entrepreneurs to identify what helps and hinders business scale and sustainability (Udhyam Learning Foundation)

• Designing the end-to-end experience to increase adoption and engagement of sales officers (Shriram Life Insurance)

• Crafting the value proposition for a new cadre of digital sales officers to improve performance and conversion (Shriram Life Insurance)

• Developing strategies to drive engagement and increase the uptake of Titan’s design platform among college students and aspiring designers (Titan)

• Leading digital transformation and cultural change initiatives to embed new ways of working across business units (Lafarge Holcim)

He has conducted 75+ workshops with leaders and middle managers from firms: Corporate: Piramal Group, Samsung, Tata Communications, Hinduja Global Solutions, GEP, Lafarge Holcim, Target, WNS, First Source, Sterlite Technologies, Flipkart, Tata Motors, HERE Technologies, Bajaj Finserv, HP, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Godrej and Boyce, and Cyient amongst others. Academic: IIM Indore, IIM Kashipur, IIM Udaipur, IMT Ghaziabad, MICA, Parul University and SOIL Institute of Management among others and regularly conducts Design Thinking workshops for both MBA and Executive MBA students.
