Devanshi Sihare

Devanshi Sihare is a hybrid between design manager, design researcher, strategist, and service designer with a background in architecture. She found her passion for Design Thinking, sustainability and social innovation during her M.S. in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, New York. Before joining TinkerLabs, she worked for 4+ years as a strategist in social innovation and service design firms in New York.

Being a designer, she blends systems thinking and creative experimentation, while bringing in deep empathy with the user and teams she works with. Her ability to see and switch between the macro and micro at all times makes her a valuable desing manager. At TinkerLabs, she is leading the Social Impact Practice. She has worked on numerous Design Thinking & Behavioural Science consulting assignments focussed on public health, financial inclusion and sustainable cities. She is one of the lead trainer/facilitator at TinkerLabs and visiting faculty of renowned MBA schools like IIM Indore, IIM Udaipur, IMT Ghaziabad, and SOIL Institute of Management and design schools such as MIT Pune and ISDI Mumbai.

She has conducted 40+ Design Thinking training workshops with leaders and middle managers of companies such as: Corporate: Tata Motors, Amazon, Flipkart, HP, HSBC, Godrej and Boyce, Shriram Life Insurance Company, HERE Technologies, Viacom18, amongst various others. Academic: IIM Indore, SOIL, ISDI Being an empathatic leader and a new mother, she strives to foster a positive and nurturing environment for people she engages with. To unwind herself, she loves to cook, travel, trek, dive, and dabble with with creative hobbies like pottery, knitting, amigurumi and jigsaw puzzles.
