Ankur is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and MBA from INSEAD. His professional journey encompasses diverse roles in NetworkEngineering, New Product Development, and Business Development, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.Ankur is not just a practitioner but also a thought leader in the field of Design Thinking and Innovation. He is a TEDxSpeaker and has co-authored a case study on Design Thinking and Innovation which was published in Harvard BusinessReview.

He brings with him expertise and experience in designing & and delivering workshops and co-creation sessions fordiverse audiences from seasoned CXOs to budding young minds. Over the past 10 years, he has delivered more than150+ workshops training more than 3000 business leaders on the topic of Design Thinking across hierarchies from CXOsto Engineering Interns.

Ankur has led strategic initiatives and Design Thinking projects for organisations such as:

• Developing a tool to improve the quality and performance of intra-city goods carriers (Tata Motors)

• Creating a citizen-centered mobile app to help mitigate urban flooding through real-time reporting and alertmechanisms (Odisha Government)
